I always thank you for bearing me, as coarse and crude as I am, and am always sorry for my insufficiency in handling all the matters given to me. Please extend my sincere love to all your family members and friends, and of course to your animal companions! Also, my sincere apologies to those who have received this message when they don’t want to. 

Backgrounds 

I (Moonhee Kim), the reporter, am the epicenter of global brain connection (telepathy) and an animal rights activist based in Korea working with a focus on dog-meat trade. While working to ban dog-meat trade while brain-connected to the world, I fell victim to a serious organized crime by the ( ) established to legalize dog-meat trade in Korea in August 2015. The Association probably illegally employed Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim from a mental hospital to put them in the crime to murder me and my two companion dogs, Harry and Soondol in their attempt to stop my anti-dogmeat activism. As the Association tortured the two dogs to death but failed to kill me, it ordered these people to occupy the global brain connection field by using radio wave weapon enabling surveillance and remote torture. I, in my attempt to find out the causes of mysterious deaths of the two dogs named above, began to investigate into the crime and found out the truth behind the crime. As the Association still occupies the global brain connection field, these people are currently ruling the field through various radio wave crimes which will be listed below. In sum, the current global brain connection field is under siege of the Association specializing in radio wave crime and aimed at promotion of dog-meat trade in Korea and these people are abusing telepathy, harming human minds and deliberately engaging in cruelty to children and animals. I am working to remove the ( ) from the global brain connection field and make the field clean before it can be subject to a good collective solution hopefully in the near future. This crime is the result of intermingling of global brain connection, radio wave crime and dog-meat trade and needs to be wisely resolved. For your better understanding, you are advised to read the attached report and the two pieces of previous press release dated Oct. 15th, 2024 and Dec. 8th, 2024. 

The purposes of this press release 

- Rather urgent update regarding the crimes of the ( ): child prostitution and animal prostitution; 

- Informing of the current status of the global brain connection: Announcing that Moonhee Kim’s brain wave is in communication with radio wave people under specific purposes and principles; 

- Introducing a new form of animal cruelty and human rights violation; 

- Analysis of how the telepathy was used and how it can be solved (stopped); 

- Asking the recipients to talk to Korean police and prosecutor to investigate; and, 

- Appreciation towards and apologies to all 

Official announcement of presence of radio wave people amidst Moonhee Kim’s brain wave delivered to the world 

Although the voices and activities of the radio wave criminals organized by the ( ) have been present since the latter half of 2015, which was possible via the radio wave equipment or weapon, it was around February 2024 when they started to attempt to directly talk to me, which started with “we have something to tell you, Moonhee Kim.” Then, the children came. It was around June-August 2024 when the children started to very actively and spontaneously inform me of the details of the radio wave crime, the background of this crime against me and my animal companions, damage done to them and how they have suffered. Although it has been my principle from the first not to use the telepathy, I allowed myself to communicate with these children to a certain extent as I found that these children were another victims to the crime and thought that if so, they must be rescued. Also, I needed to learn more about the very clandestine and completely unknown radio wave crime and the children knew things as they have been involved in the radio wave crime since the very beginning in 2015. I first acknowledged the presence of very young children (infants actually) back in 2015 but then, I didn’t know their exact roles except for house break-in and force-feeding of poison to my dog, Soondol. It was only July 2020 when I more felt the urgent needs for rescue of these children and first wrote to the Korean police about them. Time passed and in August 2024, some children started to tell me that they are victims of child prostitution. I secured their voice files telling that they are victims of child prostitution but didn’t believe them and didn’t include the voice files in the report. However, on two occasions in October and December, 2024, more children came out and tried to reach me in their desperate effort to tell me that they are true victims of child prostitution. I secured the 13-hour-long voice file detailing their prostitution experiences and came to believe what they have been telling me about the child prostitution was true. Therefore, based on the report attached and the above statement, I hereby officially announce that some of the radio wave people, namely the children and juveniles, are in direct communication with me which involves telepathy but under strict principles and purposes of learning about the radio wave crime and rescuing another victims. As I opened my telepathic function for these children and engaged in direct communication with the children through telepathy, the adult criminals tried to join but so far, I have been doing my best to refuse and not let them in. So please be informed that now it is official that I am in communication with the radio wave people using my telepathy for specific purposes and under specific principles. Here, I have to mention that I have found many important facts and crime evidence regarding the radio wave crime, child and animal abuse and dog-meat traders by using telepathy. It is noticeable that this two-way communication involving telepathy began only recently and it has never been used this way for many years. It has been their one-way interruption of my brain activities referred to as counter-telepathy and forced telepathy in my report. It may be that the children realized that I can be the only person that can help them out that made them speak to me and communicate with me benefiting from my telepathy. When they speak to me by using their radio wave weapon, which is recorded, I respond to them in my head using telepathy. They are very excellent interpreters of my telepathy. I thought that I had to hold their hands reaching out to me in their search for life as there was no sign of intervention of the Korean government no matter how much I tried to bring them in. Although driven and thoroughly ruled by these criminals named Jeongdo Kim (김정도), Soonok Kim (김순옥) and Inseop Shim (심인섭) in every detail of their activities, their hearts and souls ran counter to these adult criminals and they wanted to live, not die through these heinous crimes. These children have lived their infancy and childhood over the past 9 years and 4 months while watching only Jeongdo Kim, Soonok Kim and Moonhee Kim while confined in a motel room without education and family and they have been connected to my brain their entire lives since their infancy when they were first introduced to the crime perhaps through human trafficking. So they know me a lot and so, our communication is very natural and honest. Currently, I am forbidding the adults like Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim to engage in the two-way telepathy with me as they are liars, mind manipulators and professional criminals and I am reaching out to these children with specific purposes to learn about the radio wave crime and rescue these children. So, it is official that my brain wave has been voluntarily interacting with the radio wave children for a few months. However, this situation is not desirable and shall be resolved and removed as soon as the crime is handled by the government, which is my wish as I don’t know whether using telepathy can be harmful to our present and future and can’t fathom its effects and consequences when this is continued. The problem resulting from my voluntary telepathy with these children is that Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim often intervene, abuse and force the children to engage in telepathy for days without sleeping and Soonok Kim forcedly enters the field and engages in torture of my body and my dog named Dotori which forces me to deal with her for many hours to prevent further torture. This requires significant mental concentration and effort and harms people’s minds in the process as I have to use strong words to suppress these seriously criminal and mentally ill people, which is a great concern to me. Although these children never went to schools, have no family and were raised by mentally ill and dangerous criminals like Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim, the children have good manners and know how to behave, which often makes them frustrated and let down due to all the erratic and cruel activities of Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim. This means that the children can discern what is right and what is wrong and feels bad when we are tortured. 

Barbarism: forced co-habitation and unwanted war between brain wave vs. radio wave 

Although engaging in telepathy for specific purposes as written above, I still must say that this situation is barbarism involving forced co-habitation with the people who have tortured my animal companions to death and ruined my social and economic life and the constant war between brain wave and radio wave which can often be very disturbing to the recipients of the world. Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim never rest to send out their vicious crimes through words, activities and torture and to steal telepathy in their attempt to stop me from working for animals and interacting with animal rights groups. As neither brain wave nor this type of radio wave is regulated under our system, often, the war involves barbarism and unwanted fights as I must deal with more than 20 people at one time as the number of people in the group assigned to me amounts to more than 20 people. These people constantly seek my attention to intervene in my brain activities, take away the telepathy and ruin my social identity and make me a total victim to their crime and I always have to fight this. Unfortunately, most of my energy is used to fight their daily crimes and I barely can do my personal and public operations supposed to be underway at normal times. This is truly barbarism. These people want to drag the victims down to their levels by forcing the children to become prostitutes and trying to make me insane. I, the one who lost my animal children and lost my life due to their activities, had to live with them for more than 9 years. The children who were sexually molested and exploited had to serve and live with the perpetrators all their lives. I must mention that all of these constitute true cruelty and barbarism. To explain about this barbarism, I will provide the following examples. Jeongdo Kim said: “I’ve always worked in dirty and hard jobs and Soondol eats well and lives well thanks to Moonhee Kim so I can kill the dog” and he once shouted to his people, “how do you feel as you harass a woman who graduated from London School of Economics and Political Science?”. When I mourned the deaths of my animal companions, Harry and Soondol, Soonok Kim said that they will “pay for the dogs”. She once said, referring to my old mom in her 70s: “her body still looks good so I’ve brought some men to have sex with her”. Inseop Shim said to a little girl to enjoy sex when she told him that having sex with an adult male causes so much pain and fear. Also, I would like to tell you about a boy aged 12. Based on my voice files, he was recorded when he broke into my house to poison my dog, Soondol when he was 4 years old in December 2015. Another voice file says that Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim abuses this boy by making him engage in sex with adults most often. The minds of all the people of the world have been under siege of people like this for more than 9 years. I wonder when this barbarism will be stopped. Please pray. 

List of the crimes and the recent shocking finding: child prostitution and animal prostitution 

If you read the report, you may be able to understand the organized crimes conducted so far by the ( ). However, for your convenience, I briefly listed their crimes as follows. The reason I am preparing this press release is that I have found consistently claimed testimonies of child prostitution from the children and juveniles exploited by Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim. I have secured some voice files depicting how these children have been sexually abused. I reported their testimonies to the Korean police on December 27th, 2024. I hope that the police will intervene and investigate. Also, I have found voice files saying that the ( ) engages not only in child prostitution but also in animal prostitution. Although this is a very shocking finding that alerted me to write to you, I believe that these are the matters that must be investigated by the government before I can confirm. However, as it is not always hopeful to expect the timely governmental intervention, the foremost reason to prepare this press release is to urgently inform you of these new findings of their crimes involving the most vulnerable beings like children and animals. And that, prostitution. If this is true, these crimes must be thoroughly cracked down on. For your convenience, I list the following crimes conducted so far by the ( ) through Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim. I have discovered the following crimes through my 9-year investigation. 

1. To animals 

- Torture and murder of Harry, my German Shepherd Dog (October 28th, 2015): Deprivation of breathing, eating and sleeping for 40 days through remote torture 

- Poisoning and murder of Soondol, my Shih Tzu Dog (December 8th, 2015): Force-feeding of the drug exploding the intestines of an animal provide by the ( ), which made the dog release exploded intestines and organs through his anus for 1.5 days before death 

- Torture and murder of Haenim, my cat (August 20th, 2023): Deprivation of breathing, sleeping and eating for 4 days before sudden death 

- Explosion of animal’s heart to kill: I have new findings saying that the ( ) explodes an animal’s heart when they wish to kill an animal, which happened to Harry, Soondol and Haenim 

- Torture of Dotori, my brown Poodle dog: Telepathy combined with bio-surveillance stimulating Soonok Kim to remotely attack the anus of Dotori the dog, which has happened about 10,000 times since October 2018 

- Torture of Dalcongyi, my cat: Several attempted murders by Soonok Kim 

- Animal sacrifice at the organizational level: Secured voice files saying that the ( ) offers three dogs on dog meat farms as sacrificial offering by force-feeding the poison that explodes the intestines to kill them most painfully every year 

- Widespread cruelty in the dog-meat trade: From breeding to slaughter, the dogs and cats in the dog-meat industry suffer enormous cruelty so much. Please read the report 

- Animal prostitution: Secured two voice files saying that the ( ) engages in animal prostitution. A man was recorded when he said that it is not the dogs on dog meat farms that are exploited for prostitution but the ( ) has specific facilities for animal prostitution 

2. To children and juveniles 

- Human trafficking: Children were brought to Jeongdo Kim by Mr. J, the current president of the ( ) when they were around 4 years old back in 2015 and now they have entered into puberty 

- Confinement: The children and juveniles have lived in a motel room as confined for their entire lives and forced to engage in radio wave crimes mostly involving surveillance and remote torture 

- Exploitation: The children work day and night barely sleeping, following all the perverted orders of Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim. Mr. J pays KRW 500,000 (approx. USD 345) every month, which is a very small sum considering their immense amount of labor 

- Drugging: Since their infancy, these children and juveniles were forced to take Ecstasy as a means to control and let them obey perverted criminal orders of Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim 

- Forced telepathy: Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim forced these children to follow all the words in my brain for up to 2-3 days without resting in their attempt to disrupt my life and destroy my social identity and also as a means to occupy my mind at all times 

- Deprivation of education, sleep, proper food and clothing: They have never been educated. Recorded that Jeongdo Kim doesn’t allow them to sleep. Food is only cooked rice and Kimchi all the time. No proper clothing. A few 7-year-old children begged me for help crying and saying that they want to go to school 

- Sexual abuse such as prostitution and exposure to Soonok Kim’s sex work and other sex workers: Children say that they have been forced to work as child prostitutes since they were 5-6 years old. Soonok Kim, a sex worker, has shown her sexual activities with men in front of the children. The children also say that Jeongdo Kim rapes them and Soonok Kim tortures them sexually by using radio weapon. Jeongdo Kim also forced the children to follow and watch me in the toilet and Soonok Kim forced them to watch woman’s genitals all day long 

- Forced torture: As infants, the children were forced to torture my companion animals, Harry, Soondol and Dotori and were ordered to break into my house to poison my companion dog, which traumatized the children deeply. Now the children often tell me that they want to work for animal rights groups and protect animals when they grow up. They say that they feel peace and safety when I am on Facebook promoting veganism and animal rights 

3. To Koreans 

- Defamation and disgrace: As Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim employed by the ( ) have been ruling the global brain connection field by using their radio wave weapon since August 2015 and have sent out all types of cruel, unethical and often mentally ill contents of their crimes to the brains of the world through my telepathic function by using radio weapon, Korea has suffered defamation and disgrace as a country where all these happen. I hope that Korean investigators and government intervene as soon as possible 

4. To world’s citizens 

- Noise torture through telepathy: As Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim engage in telepathy for up to 2-3 days without resting if started once, the world must have suffered from their noise through my telepathic function 

- Sending out criminal contents such as cruelty to animals, children and me: As the activities of Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim involved torture and cruelty to animals, children and me, these criminal elements were embedded in the telepathic contents sent out to the brains of the world 

- Solidification of telepathy: As the ( ) successfully stopped me from continuing my work to stop the brain connection phenomenon and Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim have engaged severely in telepathy, the accuracy and speed of telepathy must have reached the current levels due to these people 

5. To the civil society and animal rights groups in Korea 

- Illegal surveillance and watching of animal rights groups fighting the dog-meat trade and even planning to destroy the organizations and torture the activists: The ( ) has surveilled and watched Korean animal rights groups fighting the dog-meat trade by using radio wave in their attempt to disrupt the movement to ban the dog-meat trade in Korea. Some planned to torture animal rights activists. Also, I was stopped from working for animals 

6. Against public interest and safety 

- Monopoly of radio wave crime in Korea: Secured voice file saying that the ( ) monopolizes the radio crime in Korea 

- Taking out mentally ill criminal people from mental hospitals probably through bribe for torture and murder: Recorded is that Mr. J took Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim from a mental hospital to put them into the murder scene of Moonhee Kim, Harry and Soondol. Inseop Shim also left his mental hospital through Mr. J. Children tell me that Mr. J often uses mentally ill people to torture other victims 

- Takeaway of telepathy: Through the radio wave weapon, Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim could take away and steal my telepathy and abused it to the fullest 

- Maintenance of dog-meat trade: Although the Korean National Assembly passed the law banning the dog-meat trade in Korea on January 9th, 2024, the ( ) still hasn’t given up their attempt to turn the tide, legalize the dog-meat trade and continue their profit making through dog-meat trade 

7. To Moonhee Kim 

- Attempted murder: The ( ) ordered Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim to murder me, Harry and Soondol and offer “the three animals” as sacrificial offering. The dogs died but I survived 

- Extreme stalking combined with bio-surveillance: Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim and his pack have watched and followed me everywhere I go 24/7, even the toilet. Due to my telepathic function, very serious bio-surveillance was available, which was often combined with remote torture as a means of control 

- Loss and torture of companion animals: My most cherished and beloved beings were the companion dogs, Harry and Soondol and the cat, Haenim. The ( ) very cruelly and most painfully tortured them to death as explained above. Mr. J ordered them to kill all the companion animals in my care. The suffering and deaths of these animals were the reason for me to start this investigation and the driving force to have found all the evidence 

- Sexual torture and rape: I have been subjected to remote sexual torture and 2 remote rapes, conducted mostly by Jeongdo Kim 

- Following after words in the brain and takeaway of the telepathy: Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim engaged in counter telepathy and forced telepathy while following all my words in my brain on a real-time basis, both Korean and English. They took away the telepathy 

- Deprivation of livelihood and destruction of economic life: Through unceasing crimes taking place every minute without a rest and torture of the dog named Dotori, I could not work to make money and lost my livelihood 

- Destruction of the life as an animal rights activist and the foremost social identity: The original and foremost purpose of the crime of the ( ) was to stop me to work for animals, for the dogs. They did everything to stop me from working for animals and working with animal rights groups, thus taking away my social identity as an animal rights activist 

- Fabrication of a mental illness and forced hospitalization: It was recorded that Mr. J, the current president of the ( ) ordered Jeongdo Kim and Soonok Kim to make me insane and send me to a mental hospital and then, if this is successful, he will pay KRW 50 million (approx. USD 35,000) to them. They faked activities and words based on specific scenarios and made me look hear things and sent me to a mental hospital twice, completely breaking my social identity and credibility as well as making my customers leave me 

- Destruction of family relations: Through lies, forced hospitalization and watching of me 24/7 involving naturally my family members, my family relations were distorted, which required a lot of effort to return it to the previous state 

- Deprivation of normal life disabling even to bathe: Due to the radio wave crime which virtually takes away normal life, I always lived in a state of war. Even when bathing and in toilet, the pack enters and watches me 

Official report on the new form of animal cruelty and human rights violation, my concern about Dotori and other companions and important points to be reflected in legislation and policies 

Soonok Kim, by abusing my telepathy, bio-surveillance and radio wave weapon, created a whole new form of animal cruelty not known to history of humanity. This part is to introduce the whole new form of animal cruelty created by Soonok Kim, the sex worker paid by and working for the ( ). This is the second newly known form of animal cruelty following Harry and Haenim who were tortured to death due to disability to breathe, eat and sleep for many days before death through long pain, enabled through the radio wave weapon (as recorded and filmed). This new form of animal cruelty involves telepathy and bio-surveillance. Soonok Kim has been torturing my dog named Dotori since October 2018 mostly in response to my passing thoughts, images in my head and even dreams while asleep. If she is stimulated, excited or angered by my thoughts and dreams, which is very often, she attacked the anus of the dog remotely by using the radio wave weapon (I have secured many voice files saying that Soonok Kim attacked Dotori remotely). In my opinion, such attacks have taken place in her attempt to have influence over my mind and life. You may be able to more easily understand if I relate such animal cruelty to family violence. In family violence, often, the perpetrator abuses a companion dog or cat (or others) to manipulate and have control over the mind of the abused family member, mostly a woman or a child. Soonok Kim also has been torturing Dotori to control and manipulate my mind. Soonok Kim is also a very morbid attention seeker mostly to take over my telepathy and engages in telepathy instead of me by speaking incessantly up to 60 hours and 30 minutes. She thinks that my life is hers (recorded) and what belongs to me is hers. For example, she lied that she slept with my ex-boyfriend (recorded is that she has been sexually torturing him), took over the telepathy, approached my dog and computer (the closest subjects to me) and deprived me of my translation job, meaning that she wants to take away everything mine. Therefore, her cruelty to Dotori comes from the strong desire to have control over my mind and life, secure attention for telepathy and take away everything mine and close to me. For example, if she dislikes or is stimulated by a certain thing appearing in my dream while asleep, she attacks the anus of my Dotori very strongly to wake me up and Dotori is in such a shock and screams and cries in much pain, waking me up. If Harry and/or Soondol (my companion dogs tortured to death by the ( )) appear in my dream while asleep, she attacks Dotori to wake me up so that I can’t see my Harry and Soondol. If she has to make me fear or wants to show me that she has control over me, she attacks Dotori, too. So far, over more than 6 years, she has attacked Dotori’s anus about 10,000 times. As recorded, as the ( ) kills the animal first before his/her owner, they were recorded when they said, “we must kill Dotori first before killing Moonhee Kim as sacrificial offering”. So, she also attempted to disable Dotori to breathe intensively in 2024 several times in her attempt to kill him. So, this is a whole new area of animal cruelty involving telepathy and bio-surveillance. I know that such animal cruelty case can hardly be found among people other than me and may look insignificant but I would like to report this new form of animal cruelty for appropriate and quick solutions to save my Dotori and perhaps legislation/policy confirming that remote torture (untouched cruelty) also constitutes cruelty to be punished (same to humans). 

Roles of the telepathy in this crime and ways forward 

While Soonok Kim abused telepathy for bio-surveillance, torture, harassment and crime, I think that I have tried to make it as ethical as possible, such as understanding of the very clandestine radio wave crime, finding out what has been done to me, companion animals and the world and finding solutions to rescue the victimized children and juveniles. Still, I don’t think that it has been totally harmless and am very concerned that this also may bring about any bad effect on our future direction and solutions. I am being very careful and always try to reflect. 

Why Jeongdo Kim continues the crime when so many personal profiles about him have been revealed 

This is a little deviation from the original plan of the ( ) who aimed to destroy me to stop my animal rights activism while brain-connected. Found and recorded is that Jeongdo Kim’s deep (perhaps sexual) attachment to me is the root cause making him disobey the suggestion of Mr. J to stop the crime. He uses children, my companion animals and computer/cell phone to approach me and get connected to me. I hope that the investigators will enter as soon as possible. 

The codes of dark forces that must be fought 

Over the past 9 years and 4 months of the radio wave crime, I have consistently observed the codes of secrets, torture, cruelty, sacrifice, sacrificial offering of animals and humans, pedophilia, occupation of the global brain connection field by unaccountable criminal elements and number 3. This is just another passing thought but it can be that the ( ) belongs to or believes in a cult or any other international organized crime, meaning some dark forces. Back to the codes of secret, torture, cruelty, sacrifice, sacrificial offering, pedophilia, unaccountable source of power and number 3, don’t you think all those traits and criminal activities are quite sinister and remind us of Satanism (my apologies for this expression)? Based on my experiences and investigation, these people are much worse than demons and I often wonder where these people have come from… 

Conclusion and what must be done to remove this situation 

Due to the perverted and non-sensical activities of the ( ) taking away my telepathy for over many years, the global brain connection may have become a nuisance and me, less than mere data rather than a human being. Under these circumstances, in order not to harm our values and virtues, we must achieve the following: 

- Removal of the ( ) from the global brain connection field; 

- Acknowledgment and open discussion on the global brain connection to derive solutions; 

- Investigation and eradication of radio wave crime and dog-meat trade as a breeding ground of the radio wave crime that involves many other serious crimes such as animal cruelty and child abuse (even prostitution); 

- More humane approaches to animals and people in need as these values may have been damaged during the past 9 years of terrorism on the minds of the people and resulting engineering and distortion of social development; and, 

- Solutions for the victims like animals and children (rescue is urgently needed) 

Korea is where the terrorism on the minds of people of the world originates from and must do something to stop this crime by working together with other relevant countries. The people who have waged this war against entire humanity are the group using weapon while harming animals and children. They don’t mind whether people and good values are damaged or not as long as their mean goals are achieved. These people shall not be prioritized and must deserve due punishment when the government engages. 

My request 

- Investigation into and removal of Jeongdo Kim, Soonok Kim, Inseop Shim, Mr. J, Mr. L and the ( ); 

- Rescue and renewal of the lives of the abused children; 

- Thorough eradication of dog-meat trade as the source of animal cruelty and breeding ground for radio wave crime; 

- Eradication of the radio wave crime based on investigation of the animal/human victims presented in my report and preparation for legislation and policies; and, 

- Good solutions to global brain connection through legitimate agreement 

Sample letter and addresses 

I would like to sincerely ask you to send a letter to Korean Police urging them to investigate into the crime I reported to them. You may use the following letter written in blue or write a new letter on your own. Also, please attach the report (attached to this email) I sent to you when you write to the Korean police. I will appreciate it very much in advance. 

Dear Korean National Police Agency, 

We wish you a very happy new year and would like to thank you for your hard work. This is a letter on the crimes registered as ( ) (ePeople (국민신문고)) by the Korean Police based on the report by Moonhee Kim (김문희), a South Korean citizen. We have been informed of certain serious long-term organized crimes conducted by the ( ) and Mr. J against Moonhee Kim, an animal rights activist in Korea, her companion animals (Harry, Soondol, Haenim and Dotori), at least 17 children and juveniles, and animals on dog meat farms in Korea. We are concerned that these crimes involve the most vulnerable victims like animals, children and woman as well as the public. Also, our more recent alert was that the ( ) has engaged in child prostitution and animal prostitution. Moonhee Kim says that these crimes were learned as the children held in captivity by Jeongdo Kim (김정도), Soonok Kim (김순옥) and Inseop Shim (심인섭), all employed by the ( ) for the crimes, are desperately seeking outside help as they have been abused as slaves and prostitutes for a long time, unwantedly drugged and mobilized for various crimes asked by the ( ). The children seek urgent help for rescue from these people and keep asking Moonhee Kim to invite Korean Police. It is believe that these children and juveniles must be urgently rescued and cared for. Also, earlier than this, we were informed that the ( ) very cruelly tortured Moonhee Kim’s animal companions, Harry, Soondol and Haenim to death and also attempted to kill her Kim while illegally surveilling Korean animal rights groups fighting to ban the dog-meat trade in Korea in their attempt to disrupt the activism and legalize the dog-meat trade. Also, we would like to tell you that the allegations of child prostitution and animal prostitution must be verified as these are very serious crimes and if found to be true, the strongest measures shall be taken against the criminals. Therefore, at this point, what is needed most is engagement and investigation of Korean police and we urge you to start this investigation. As these crimes constitute a very severe violation of basic rights and involve much suffering of animals and humans both, we would like to sincerely ask you to investigate into the crimes reported by Moonhee Kim on the ( ). As for the details of the crimes, please refer to the report we attach to this message. Again, we sincerely urge you not to ignore but to investigate into the crimes. We will also keep watching and be grateful if you let the global citizens informed of the progress of your investigation and ensure safety for the victims and all of us.

My appreciation and final words 

When deprived of everything in life while subjected to the process of global brain connection, the companion animals were my sole reliance next to my Christianity. They stayed with me and fought the global brain connection and radio wave crime together and this cost their lives. They lost their lives while fighting these crimes together. They lost their lives trying to protect me and stay with me till the end. They were soldiers fighting for the entire human race as they revealed these secret crimes through their long and painful torture and death. I am fully dedicated and my heart and soul with them in God’s heaven… They are the army fighting and revealing human vices and if we solve all these vices shown and revealed by these animals, the world will be a good place for all to live. Brain-connected, I’ve been exposed to, sensed and experienced many vices in human minds. I love animal rights activists and all truth-tellers as they try to be harmless to the most vulnerable. And the dog meat traders were most harsh to me, taking away my babies from me, tearing my life to pieces and harming the public… Disenfranchised and fallen to the bottom, I can sense who is truly good and harmless, just like an animal. Also, over the course of tortured life past 9 years and 4 months, I became so tired of and have had enough of human vices due to the radio wave people of the ( ) and turned to goodness and innocence of animals even more. I’ve often been misunderstood as a means to achieve a certain hidden agenda behind the global brain connection and in the process, sometimes, animal rights were misunderstood to be any part of such hidden design. However, I did my best to refrain from telepathy and so minimized my work for animals. In addition, I’ve been subjected to radio wave crime which took away every normal moment from me and couldn’t work for animals at all for many years. Based on this understanding, I believe that my animal rights activism and animal rights movement can be understood to be victims of these crimes, too. I hope that this misunderstanding will fade away as I attend more sincerely in everything I do and we reach a good solution to the brain connection. Therefore, please support people working for animals and please be good to animals. Also, please be informed that I genuinely and truly value and thank all types of truth-tellers. I am indebted to them, too. Finally, I also would like to thank and say sorry to all the people who have to bear all of these while having no channel to speak about their experiences. I will try my best to secure a good channel for all of us to reach a solution to these global problems and find good people to work with. Again, my sincerest thanks and apologies to all of you. I could sustain thanks to unseen blessings and prayers of many of you. Thank you very much and lots of love to you.

There is no such thing as a meat dog but I used the expression to show how the dog meat traders’ see the dogs. So please be informed that there is no such thing as a meat dog and the expression reflects the direct translation of the Association’s name.
